**You will make an impact by**
- Establishing Global Stock scaling for the accessories & Leather straps to ensure that commercial and customer service needs are met
- Regional Distribution centre
- Central distribution centre
- Internal Boutique stock
- Richemont customer service centres
- Piloting Monthly Inventory levels & be responsible of the stock landing projections for Acc scope
- Maintaining Product Life Cycle of accessories and lead PLC Committee meetings every quarter
- Implementing collaborative Forecasts with markets for novelties potential assessment
- Building a sourcing strategy aligned with S&OP finish product plans
- Developing & maintaining Boutique assortments and ensure its proper implementation in all networks
- Actively participating in the Novelties developments assortment definition
- Managing back up Distribution coordinator operations
- Ensuring that all markets & client requests, enquiries are managed timely
- Piloting distribution of accessories to all markets & boutiques
- Being accountable for all the Document and distribution flows for Accessories
- Building future Ecom/Omnichanel/Wholesale distribution flows
- Redefining Made to Order distribution of tailor made requests to meet business needs
- Leading all Accessories developments projects (Ecom, new flows implementations, direct shipping evolutions)
- Validating all enhancement requests to develop the Tool Strap App from a business perspective

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You possess a proven previous experience in supply chain
- You are a good project manager and are able to drive and implement change management projects
- You have a good knowledge of SAP operating modules and BI tools as well as PTP/OTC streams
- You have a business & client-centric mindset
- Knowledge on leather straps specificities is a plus
- You are efficient, results-driven, rigorous, agile and proactive
- You have good communication & synthesis skills and feel at ease in changing and evolving contexts
- You have strong communication skills and are able to work with multiple stakeholders and international teams
- You speak fluently English and French
