Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference. As a Commercial Trade Manager (m/w/d) you will be responsible for commercial trade strategies within Switzerland.

Key responsibilities for this role include:- Advocating Strategy Implementation: Accommodate in developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's commercial objectives. Manage strategic plans for key pharmacy accounts under the guidance of the Head of Trade & Commercial Operations.- Stakeholder Engagement: Advocating the maintenance of strong relationships with wholesalers, pre-wholesalers, and strategic pharmacy accounts. Accommodate in communications and routine updates to strategic accounts to ensure their needs are met.- Contract Advocating: Aid in the negotiation and management of contracts with trade partners. Track contract performance and support in implementing corrective measures to optimize compliance with agreed KPIs.- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and manage inventory levels effectively. Provide feedback on market demand and assist in supply chain optimization efforts.- Financial and Performance Reporting: Advocate financial oversight by helping monitor and report on the financial performance of the trade operations. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to meet financial targets.- Cross-functional Team Support: Facilitate communication and collaboration between commercial and operational teams. Support cross-departmental initiatives to enhance market penetration and promotional efforts.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:- Proven experience in commercial operations or a related role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.- Experience in pharmaceutical procurement within pharmacy or hospital setting- Experienced Key Account Manager- Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare market and commercial dynamics.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact and influence effectively with stakeholders throughout organisations.- Fluent in German, French & English
