**Your team**:
- Your mission will be to act as an inspiring entrepreneur in leading and coordinating all activities associated with the Trading - Securities field. You will define and promote a vision with the aim of implementing best practices and anticipating relevant developments (RUN and CHANGE).**Your role**:
**Vision and Partnership - in collaboration with the platform manager**:

- Establishing a strategic vision and roadmap for the domain that takes account of business needs in collaboration with business partners, IT product managers, project managers, QA managers, solutions and enterprise architects and experts.
- Developing a strong relationship with stakeholders and sponsors to become a trusted advisor and business partner, with the objectives to serve, influence and bring strategic added value.
- In collaboration with the solutions architect, issuing recommendations and influencing domain evolution to meet business needs as well as implementing a robust technical vision.
- Developing synergies across the business lines and other IT entities.
- Ensuring compliance with Group standards, procedures and values.
- Keeping the management informed of the latest developments by providing the relevant KPIs, playing an active role in the work of the platform’s management team.
- Striving for innovation, attending workshops, POC (proof of concept), research.

**Total cost of ownership**:
- Ensuring efficient budget and cost management.
- In collaboration with project managers and product owners, managing and steering a portfolio of projects and business requests related to the domain.
- Assigning projects and tasks within the domain in the most agile and efficient way.
- Coordinating capacity planning (domain capacity consolidation).

**People management**
- Managing a team of six people (employees and external consultants), with responsibility for recruitment, assigning tasks, follow-up and performance management.

**Your profile**:

- Three to five years’ relevant management experience in one of the following fields:

- an IT development team in a bank or financial institute.
- an IT development team in a software editor’s department.
- an IT support team for a trading entity.
- Strong understanding of trading processes, especially for listed instrument business flows.
- Technical knowledge of software and their integration in a global IT trading solutions’ platform.
- Good knowledge of IT development processes and lifecycle.
- Strong business analysis competences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proven leadership and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
