Team Assistant*in - Training Management 60-100 %
In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie unser Training Management Team, das für die Durchführung von Advisory Schulungen verantwortlich ist.
**Ihre Qualifikationen**:
- **Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld**:
- Kenntnisse von Cornerstone (CSOD) oder anderen Lernmanagementsystemen sind von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, gute Beziehungen aufzubauen sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsähigkeiten
- Motivierte*r Teamplayer*in, der*m es Spas macht, Lösungen für komplexe und vielfältige Probleme zu finden
- Belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit, welche zuverlässiges und präzises Arbeiten unter hohem Zeitdruck beherrscht
- **Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch**
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Advisory
- und xLoS-Schulungen
- Enge Koordinierung mit den Kursleitern, dem Schulungsmanagementteam und allen internen und externen Anbietern, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Aufgaben ordnungsgemäss und rechtzeitig erledigt werden
- Unterstützung der Ausbilder und Teilnehmer bei der Vervollständigung ihrer Lernerfahrung
- Verantwortlich für die Optimierung von Prozessen zusammen mit dem Training Management Team
