**What it's about**

The Global Head Rewards will sit on our HR Leadership Team and report to our Chief People Officer. You will play a key role in steering the future rewards philosophy but also ensure operational excellence. In addition to being an expert in your field, you demonstrate a great level business acumen, agility and superb inter-personal skills and are able to steer Rewards strategy to support the future growth of Partners Group.

**Responsibilities**
- Advise the Executive Team and the Nomination & Compensation Committee to evolve Partners Group's rewards strategy and executive compensation philosophy; ensure rewards are designed to help Partners Group achieve its goals, while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
- Develop, implement and manage reward practices and tools to boost our employee experience and achieve our ambition of being a great place to work
- Bring awareness of key rewards trends and regulatory requirements and conduct frequent external market analysis and benchmarking to ensure Partners Group remains competitive and compliant
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to stakeholders when making compensation decisions, including annual salary planning and incentive programs, to ensure alignment with business and people strategy
- Continuously improve the performance of the rewards function by setting the team up to deliver services efficiently and effectively. Deliver operational excellence through process optimization and drive adoption of digital tools to improve reliability of rewards operations and the employee experience.
- Develop and motivate the reward team to strengthen our culture of client centric and business focused advice and delivery
- Be an integral part of the global HR Leadership Team to enable and deliver on Partner's Group strategic people agenda

**What we expect**:

- 15+ years of total rewards, compensation and benefits experience
- Successful proven people management experience
- Proven ability to identify and solve complex total rewards issues and deliver market-leading solutions
- Experience from the private markets industry or similar strongly preferred
- Experience of shaping LTI strategy and operations, preferably including share plans, and carried interest models
- Strong project management skills and capacity to adapt quickly to change
- Strong influencer and communicator with all levels of the organization including senior leadership and Board
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with a direct style of communication and adapting communication style in a global environment
