**Your role**
- Are you interested in the topics of digitalization, strategic growth, product distribution and client-centric agile ways of working? Do you have an affinity to deliver sales development in a meaningful and sustainable manner across multiple product lines; keeping the client at the center of everything we do?
- We are looking for someone like that to- work together with the team on current and future initiatives
- identify, develop and drive new ideas to bring us to the next level
- interact directly with internal and external parties, also on a senior level
- structure and guide strategic sales initiatives in hybrid organizations, using both traditional as well as digital sales channels

**Your team**
- You'll be working as part of the Digital Platforms & Marketplaces sector, based in Zürich. We are responsible for strategic growth initiatives and digital business transformation, particularly in the field of lending platforms (e.g. key4 by UBS).

**Your expertise**
- proven experience as a sales developer with a track record of driving sales enablement across complex product solutions.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills, including interactions with senior management
- project management experience, advanced analytical skills a plus e.g. Adobe
- direct experience leading sales development as a process within a financial services environment, direct sales experience a plus.
- demonstrated ability to drive programs through design, development, and delivery, and identify opportunities of continuous improvement.
- you are a self-starter with high level of urgency, and personal accountability.
- equivalent to a university degree in finance, business, or related field.
- intellectual curiosity, resilience, commitment, self-motivation and the proven capacity to operate effectively also under tight deadlines.
- fluent German and English language skills (French / Italian as a definite plus).
- advanced user in MS Office
