Grâce à la plateforme de matching immobilier de notre start-up de proptech Property Captain, nous aidons en outre les clients finaux à réaliser leur rêve de logement.

Nous employons environ 350 personnes sur 15 sites en Suisse et avons 25 ans d'histoire derrière nous. Pour renforcer notre équipe Financing chez Avobis à Genève, nous recherchons un Head Financing.

Les **tâches** qui t'attendent:

- Responsable de l’équipe financing à Genève.
- Identifier et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités de marché pour augmenter notre portefeuille de clients.
- Etablir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de direction pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de développement commercial efficaces.
- Représenter la société lors d’évènements et de conférences, promouvoir nos services et renforcer notre présence sur le marché.

**Compétences requises**:

- Expérience de minimum 10 ans dans le secteur immobilier et/ou financier.
- Posséder un réseau existant dans les secteurs de l’immobilier et la banque (banque privée, tiers-gérant ).
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives.
- Excellente compétence en communication.
- Maitrise de l’anglais et du français ; l’allemand est un plus.
