We are searching for a passionate and dynamic Customer Happiness Ambassador to join our vibrant team. If you thrive on creating positive connections, providing exceptional customer support, and being a driving force in our community engagement efforts, we want to hear from you
Tasks
**What You'll Do**:
- Champion Customer Support: You will be the first point of contact for our users, addressing their inquiries with empathy, patience, and expertise. Your goal will be to ensure our customers' happiness by resolving their issues and exceeding their expectations.
- Community Building: Be an integral part of nurturing our community and building a sense of belonging among our users. Your role extends to quality management, monitoring the platform and interactions between users. Collaborate with our marketing team to cultivate loyal advocates and solid retention.
- Feedback and Insights: Leverage your interactions with users to gather valuable feedback, insights, and suggestions. Collaborate closely with our product team in shaping our platform and driving continuous improvement.

- Customer Love: You have a natural talent for connecting with people and creating positive experiences. Your empathy and genuine care make you a true customer champion. Past involvement in customer service or relationship management roles, where you engaged directly with customers, could be a valuable asset.
- Problem-Solving Savvy: Complicated problems don't scare you; they motivate you to find creative and effective solutions. Your resourcefulness and ability to think on your feet make you a star troubleshooter.
- Multilingual Magic: Fluent in Swiss German and English (must-haves), you communicate effortlessly with our diverse user base. Additional language skills in French or Italian are a definite plus.
- E-commerce Enthusiasm: You have a passion for e-commerce and its potential to drive sustainable consumer behavior. Your interest for the secondhand industry adds value to our users' experience.
