**Your Role**
Specifically, you will:

- Be the Product Owner for engagement & retention of our customer base, owning the topic end to end. Your goal will be to get existing customers excited about Inyova and motivate them to spread the word about us.
- You will take all responsibilities of a Product Owner, including the lead of a dedicated scrum team.
- Uncover areas for improvement by analysing data from different sources such as internal customer data, team and customers interviews, and A/B tests
- Identify new opportunities and initiate project proposals in collaboration with marketing, customer success, UX and product teams
- Define and execute the product roadmap together with the other POs and team leads
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria that turn high level roadmap items into actionable increments for the team
- Manage the product backlog, prioritising the list of requirements for future product development

**Your profile**
As the Customer Engagement Product Owner at Inyova, you:

- Have a proven track record in data-driven delivery of B2C software
- Are excited about the Inyova mission to mainstream impact investing
- Have a creative mindset & outstanding analytical and conceptual abilities
- Have a strong understanding of web technology
- Are a great communicator with working proficiency in English. German and / or French is a plus
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Having experience in community management, product marketing knowledge is a strong plus
- Are a lot of fun to work with
