For one of our clients an, international organisation based here in Geneva, we are looking for an:
Executive Associate
Available immediately for a temporary missionfor 3 months at 100%
And than an opportunity for a fixed contract
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
- Reception of all vipers
- Manage the reception and executive assistance
- Dealing with menbers of the management based abroad
- Provide assistance to the former Chief Executive Officer, The Corporate Advisors to Group and the former Executive Committee Members.
- Represent the Company and preserve the confidentiality of the customers
**PROFIL ATTENDU:
- Commercial or Language school, University Degree will be a plus
- Around 5+ years of experience with a multinational company, providing reception and administrative support to top management
- Sound secretarial and organizational skills
- Experience in supporting a multicultural team
- Fluent English and French, both written and verbal. Japanese is a plus
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Ms Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet). SAP is a must
- Flexible
