**CONTEXT**

Richemont is advancing in its strong pioneering ambition to transform its business model towards New Retail. The group is pursuing its strong development into the digitization of its commerce value chain, relying for instance on the acquisition of YNAP, Watchfinder, and the strategic partnerships with Alibaba Group and Farfetch.

In order to successfully deliver its ambition across the Group, Richemont is reinforcing its data and analytics capabilities. A Group Data Office was created, led by the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO). A key role in the Data Office team is the Data Platform Product Owner, working with the Data Technology Team and the multiple Data Domains to manage the development and run of our state-of-the-art Data Platforms.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

The Data Platform Product Owner contributes to the product strategy defined by the business sponsors and clarifies requirements with the stakeholders to coordinate the product Team. Responsible for implementing the product vision, roadmap, backlog management and entire product lifecycle, the Product Owner is accountable for the definition and prioritisation of requirements in the product backlog and manages business demands, aligning these with the area/ domain leads.

The Data Platform Product Owner works in close collaboration within the rest of the Group Data Office and the Group Data Platforms Technology Team in order to define and deliver the Data Platforms Roadmaps. In particular, the Data Platform Product Owner will:

- **Update and oversee the business vision for the Group Data Platforms Product suite**:

- Develop and promote the business vision and roadmap of the Data Platform Technology Foundational layer
- Engage business sponsors and Data Platform teams in maintaining product visions
- Evaluate Data Platform product development: performance and activity reporting, development OKRs, enabling ROI
- Align dependencies at strategic and operational level with product Owners/ owners across the technology landscape -e.g. prioritization processes for optimal value creation with data in other technology products
- **As Data Platforms Product owner, deliver Data Platform Products expected performance for** the Data Platform Products in direct operational scope -e.g. Data Lakes**:

- Qualify requirements and produce user stories and relative prioritization by value (customer benefit / profit) in the Data Platform products backlog
- Manage & own the product backlog, ensuring agile delivery of user stories
- Delegate tasks to develop ownership, coordinate technical requirements
- Coordinate User Testing
- Exchange with stakeholders / Data Platform Users and clarification of team queries

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**
- You have relevant education - e.g., Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent) with around 10 years working experience;
- You have a strong understanding and agility with Data and Data Technology -e.g. Data Lakes, Data Observability, APIs and Integration;
- You are both rigorous in delivering an efficient process and comfortable with ambiguity;
- You are passionate about the digital world and well-informed about latest market developments, you are curious and open-minded;
- Self-starter, you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have an internal drive to challenge the status quo for the better;
- You have excellent organisational and planning skills, with good business and process knowledge
- You have a strong team spirit, you are proactively leveraging the good in others;
- You are able to easily communicate complex ideas, interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and present both over the phone and in person;
- A strong agile culture and previous product ownership experience is a plus;
- Speak fluent English; French is a plus.
