- Richemont and its “Specialist Watch Makers” (SWM) maisons are rapidly evolving to deliver
- **the best digital luxury client experience seamlessly across online and offline touchpoints and channels**. To support this transformation, SWM is reinforcing its Digital Distribution team with a
- ** E-Business Coordinator**, as we strive to
- **leverage data **and empower our maisons to steer their direct-to-consumer activities.
- Reporting to the SWM Omnichannel Experience Manager, you will contribute to SWM maisons performance by
- **leveraging data insights to steer their business and empower them with new processes, tools, KPIs and dashboards.**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Analyse, build and share **best practice on key e-commerce processes, KPIs and tools;** leverage scale, transfer knowledge and encourage** cross-pollination of ideas.**:

- Being able to analyse impact and build **business cases for technical and business functionalities.**:

- Develop & update various **business reports **on a weekly and monthly basis**: sell-out trends, best sellers, product KPIs, Media performance, Omnichannel journey analysis, stock coverage, and client insights.**:

- Consolidate **sales targets for all planning cycles.**:

- Collaborate with data teams to** identify and specify KPIs and dashboarding requirements and processes.**:

- Consolidate **feedback from the maisons **on new and existing dashboards to** improve and drive their adoption.**:

- Create ad-hoc **commercial analyses and presentations for Richemont management.**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent in **Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance or other related fields** from a recognized University.
- Previous i**nternship experience** or **full-time job in e-commerce, ideally within the luxury industry.**:

- Strong **analytical and communication skills.**:

- Good knowledge of **MS Office**, especially **Excel **and **PowerPoint** are required
- Experience with **Business Intelligence tools** **(SAC, Looker)** is a **strong plus**, knowledge of** SQL, Python is an asset.**:

- Fluent in **English**; **French or German is a plus**
