**About this opportunity**

As an intern at Align Technology Marketing Operations EMEA you will get valuable insights into end to end management and optimization of marketing initiatives. Learn how to leverage data and the latest technologies to drive efficiency and business growth. You will be working on key projects that will have an immediate impact. **In this role, you will**
- Support the launch of a central digital asset management system (Bynder) to store, publish and maintain marketing material across the region in collaboration with the Americas and APAC teams
- Support the EMEA marketing excellence team in budget management, inclusive but not limited to raising POs/PRs, keeping the budget file up to date, keeping track of invoices and expenses and updating/tracking of vendor spending
- Coordinating the central event content and lead generation app for local adoption, inclusive but not limited to coordination with local markets to update content, export leads and build metrics and reports on usage
- Be the SPOC for incoming marketing requests and distribute to the right POC to solve issues timely
- Ad hoc tasks related to various Marketing Operations tasks, e.g. process mapping/improvement initiatives

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained no longer than 24 months prior to the date of hire
- Fluency in English mandatory
- Willingness to navigate complex tasks, find solutions and seek advice when needed
- Passion for marketing technologies
- Ability to coordinate across many teams and perform in fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, & presentation)
