**About this opportunity**

During this 6 month assignment at Align Technology Marketing Operations as Marketing process manager you will you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes and workflows. Leverage your expertise in process optimization, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and business growth. You will be working on key projects that will have an immediate impact. Join us for this exciting opportunity

**Your responsibilities will be.**
- Process Improvement: Identify, evaluate, and optimize marketing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Continuously review and refine existing processes to drive operational excellence. Ensure marketing SOPs and WIs are standardized, consolidated, up to date and documented well.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to marketing operations, ensuring timely execution and delivery of initiatives. Develop project plans, define goals, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion, specifically focused on process improvement owned by Marketing Ops, e.g. but not limited to print and production, storage and scrapping of marketing material, overall Marketing SOP, budget management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Sales, to align processes and promote seamless communication and coordination. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance interdepartmental collaboration.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing processes. Regularly analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on performance analysis in Asana. Assignment goal: Create meaningful dashboards based on aligned KPIs for all Streamlign supported processes, by stakeholders.
- Technology Integration: Work closely with Asana and new marketing technology team to assess, select, and implement tools and platforms that optimize marketing processes and drive automation where applicable. Provide guidance on system integration and ensure seamless data flow across marketing systems Assignment goal: see point 5.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with marketing processes and implement controls to minimize potential issues. Assignment goal: related to point 1.
- Vendor management and guidance for central and regional vendor for efficiency opportunities, e.g. but not limited to EMEA warehouse. Assignment goal: Gilog improvement plan/ production plan for AE on merch/in practice/on demand.

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process management, preferably within marketing operations or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in process mapping, optimization techniques, and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies (E.g. ASANA), automation platforms, and CRM systems.
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Attention to detail, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
