You will coordinate various Legal Affairs Department Projects and provide administrative support to the Legal Affairs Department, as deemed fit. You will act as a project coordinator for the Legal Affairs Department and therefore have a major impact on the planning of projects, on their management, on their timely completion and on the post-implementation process (evaluating whether the objectives were met, determining how effectively the project was run and formalizing lessons learnt for the future).

In this context, you will be able to use your growing expertise to improve future projects and contribute positively to the department and organization’s development. Additionally, you will also coordinate general administrative support to the whole department.

**Main responsibilities**
Project Coordination:

- In charge of the management and/or coordination of projects lifecycle related to various Function Areas of the Legal Affairs Department, such as Anti-Doping, Copyright, Trademarks, Data Protection, Commercial and General related matters
- Contributes to the smooth implementation of programs, as well as ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Proactively liaises with multiple departments, Olympic Family entities and external stakeholders / third parties

General Support:

- Provides support on general administrative tasks, such as logistic coordination, invoicing, updating/renewal of various registrations
- Manages multiple mailboxes, as well as tracking, following-up and responding certain legal requests
- Responsible of the Legal Affairs Department electronic filing system (SharePoint)
- Ad-hoc support

**Our requirements**
- Experience as a Legal Assistant or a Paralegal would be a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools and the methodology used for planning projects.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with decent command of French.
- Excellent command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
