Die Swiss Startup Association ist die Stimme der Schweizer Startups.

Als Dachverband mit über 800 Mitgliedern setzen wir uns für die politischen Rahmenbedingungen der Gründer ein und stehen jungen Startups mit Wissen, Netzwerk, Legal Services und vielem mehr zur Seite.

Wir führen pro Jahr über 50 Events für Founders durch und bieten ihnen alles, was sie brauchen, um erfolgreich zu sein.

Nebst einem operativen Team in Winterthur sind über 40 Founders, Experten und Investoren bei uns ehrenamtlich engagiert.

Aufgaben

In Absprache mit dem Präsidenten arbeitest du an Startup-politischen Themen.

**Deine Aufgaben umfassen (weitgehend selbständig)**:

- Recherche zu aktuellen politischen Themen mit Startup-Bezug
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Präsidenten, dem Vorstand und der Geschäftsführerin
- Verfassen von politischen Stellungnahmen für das nationale Parlament, Parteien und Politiker: innen
- Verfassen von Positionspapieren mit Startup relevanten Ideen
- Einholen verschiedener Meinungen und Inputs zu unseren Ideen (von Mitgliedern, Gründern, Beiratsmitgliedern, Juristen, Politikern usw.)

Qualifikation
- Gutes verständnis vom poltischen System der Schweiz
- Hohes Interesse an der Politik im Allgemeinen und an Startups
- Du bist "hands-on" und eine "people-person"
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Blick fürs Ganze
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Genaues und qualitätsorientiertes Arbeiten
