The Swiss Startup Association is the national umbrella organization for the Swiss startup ecosystem. As an independent representative of interests and as the voice of Swiss startups, we are committed to the fields of politics, society, financing and enabling individual players to network successfully.
Our advisory and management board consists of more than 40 members who have different backgrounds in startups, politics, business, and finance. With this power, we represent Switzerland as a whole and provide a productive environment for startups.

**IMPORTANT**: This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity with no financial compensation.

Tasks

As the Program Manager Youth Entrepreneurship, your tasks include:

- Facilitate the connection between startup founders and students (approximately 15-18 years old) and bring them together
- Actively explore avenues to establish our Young Minds Programme as a permanent topic
- Establish and cultivate personal networks with school headmasters, teachers, and parents

**Requirements**:

- Well-connected within the Swiss education system (perhaps you are a teacher or consultant to the education system)
- You have a proactive and independent work style
- Enthusiastic about business creation and start-ups
- A natural inclination towards active thinking and critical analysis
- You are fluent in German (native level)
