Die Swiss Startup Association ist die Stimme der Schweizer Startups.

Als Dachverband mit über 800 Mitgliedern setzen wir uns für die politischen Rahmenbedingungen der Gründer ein und stehen jungen Startups mit Wissen, Netzwerk, Legal Services und vielem mehr zur Seite.

Wir führen pro Jahr über 50 Events für Founders durch und bieten ihnen alles, was sie brauchen, um erfolgreich zu sein.

Nebst einem operativen Team in Winterthur sind über 40 Founders, Experten und Investoren bei uns ehrenamtlich engagiert.

Aufgaben

In Absprache mit dem Vorstand sowie der Geschäftsführung bist du für das Female-Founders Thema verantwortlich. Dies beinhaltet die Themen "Strategische Kooperationen", "Female Events" sowie die persönliche Vernetzung und Positionierung der SSA bei solchen Themen. Dabei wirst Du mit vielen innovativen Startup Gründer\*innen in Berührung kommen sowie mit Partner\*innen und externen Stakeholder\*innen kommunizieren.

**Deine Aufgaben umfassen**:

- Organisation von 4 Female Founders Events pro Jahr
- Aufbau von einem starken Female Founders Netzwerk in der Schweiz
- Konzeptioneller Ausbau vom Female Thema auf der Website der SSA (Umsetzung durch die Geschäftsstelle)
- Teilnahme bei organisatorischem und institutionellem Austausch (meistens online) mit anderen Organisationen

Qualifikation
- Idealerweise Female Founder, aber nicht zwingend
- Du bist "hands-on"
- Erste Erfahrungen im Event-Management
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Blick fürs Ganze
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Genaues und qualitätsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Flair für Startups und Innovation
