**Introduction of the team**
- Within our Digital Department, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior UI/UX Leader who is passionate about empowering teams to lead the Digital User Experience & User Research team in an integrated Omni-Channel model. Your role is to lead and oversee the strategic development and implementation of user-centric design and research initiatives. You will be responsible for enhancing the digital experiences of the bank's clients and our Front Office staff, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey across various touchpoints. Your expertise in user research methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing will drive the bank's commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.

**Main responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive user experience strategy aligned with the bank's goals and objectives.
- Define the bank's user experience vision and roadmap.
- Plan and conduct user research activities to gain deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform user experience design decisions.
- Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable recommendations for product and service enhancements.
- Create and maintain user interface guidelines, design systems, and interaction patterns to ensure consistent and intuitive experiences.
- Translate user requirements into functional design solutions.
- Conduct usability evaluations and heuristic reviews to identify areas for improvement on the user interface.
- Encourage experimentation and data-driven decision making to inform product development and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the success of digital banking strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with digital banking trends and technologies to ensure the bank remains competitive in the digital banking industry.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

**Skills and experience**
- Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in user experience design, user research, and usability testing, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure).
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive designs.
- Experience managing and leading a team of user experience professionals.
