Tasks

Your Commitment will include
- Use transaction screening systems, specifically GT Exchange, to identify clients and counterparties deemed suspicious.
- Ensure timely management of alerts by conducting thorough analysis and collaborating with the Financial Lines of Defense (FLoD) for clarification.
- Foster collaboration with other Compliance Units, particularly those dealing with sanctions-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of outcomes using designated systems and tools.
- Adhere to the prescribed escalation process for identified matches.
- Escalate highly sensitive and urgent cases to the Head of the Sanctions team.
- Give priority attention to potential matches that pose increased risks regarding sanctions.
- Upload relevant lists to the transactions screening systems as required.
- Provide support in implementing and enhancing screening parameters.
- Collaborate with the IT department to facilitate the implementation of system patches and assist in testing.
- Ensure the systems and tools are up to date and functioning properly.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports for internal use.
- Facilitate a smooth handover to backup personnel when necessary.

**Requirements**:
Achieving the difference requires
- 5 years of experience in Banking Operations, preferably in the Swiss financial sector.
- Exceptional skills in providing professional guidance to employees in different roles (e.g., Payments, Cards).
- Experience with GTExchange, NCM systems and SWIFT Messages.
- Exhibit strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the capability to question effectively and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.
- Strong team player with effective communication and collaboration skills.
