**Description**
We are offering you a multifaceted challenge in a dynamic, international environment with attractive terms and an excellent infrastructure.
The Team Administrative Assistant would provide proactive, professional, and high-quality administrative support to the Executive Assistant team as well as support to Senior Directors. This position is within a fast high-paced, executive-oriented environment that requires the ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality and prioritize workload.
This position is considered as an excellent steppingstone for someone wanting to excel within an
Executive Assistant role in the future.
**Responsibilities**:
- Meeting management and appointments for a number of Senior Directors, co-ordinating
leadership activities and assist with the preparation of presentations
- Pro-active meeting and calendar management including, but not limited to, organization of
regular team engagements (incl. agenda set-up coordination with presenters/guests,
Zoom/MST, engagement logistics) and regular 1:1s with critical stakeholders
- General support for data analysis, communication activities, engagement initiatives, assisting
with preparation of presentations
- Support given to the organization of large meetings and liaising with business partners and
other EAs to assist complex meetings
- Act as point of contact for purchasing activities (eMP)
- Maintain distribution lists and TEAMS spaces
- Support given to EAs on coordinating travel and logistic arrangements, expense management
- Open for new technology

- Able to use Microsoft Office programs to complete daily tasks efficiently. Includes Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Office 365
- Fluent in English and German
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Finished a higher education / Diploma / Commercial Apprenticeship in Business or Secretarial Administration or has had experience in a similar role or within a multinational environment
- Experience managing digital & agile tools
- Ability to work in an almost paper-free environment
