Deine Aufgaben - mehr gestalten
- Du führst die strategische und operative Planung sowie Projektkoordination für den Bereich Human Resources, in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Themenownern und Stakeholdern.
- Du gestaltest und steuerst den laufenden HR-Change-Prozess gemeinsam mit dem HR-Leitungsteam und wichtigen Stakeholdern und stellst sicher, dass unsere "'Change Agenda" erfolgreich umgesetzt wird.
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Geschäftsbereichen und stimmst dich mit deren Stäben ab.
- Ausserdem erstellst du unsere Präsentationen, Dokumentationen, Entscheidungs
- und Strategieunterlagen für die Leitungsgremien unserer Bank.
- Externes Stakeholder Management: Die Vertretung der Bank und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Gremien, Verbänden und anderen relevanten Institutionen erledigst du professionell und empathisch.
- Projektmanagement: Du leitest Projekte und arbeitest bei weiteren Projekten im Personalbereich mit, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln und effizient umzusetzen.
- Du stellst gemeinsam mit uns das Reporting und Analysen zu HR-spezifischen Themen sicher.
- Du berichtest direkt an unsere Leiterin Human Resources und führst ein zweiköpfiges Expertenteam im HR Stab.

Dein Profil - mehr mitbringen
- Du hast mindestens sieben Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion - mit Schwerpunkt Change-Management - und verfügst über einen Leistungsausweis in Bezug auf implementierte, progressive Veränderungsprozesse.
- Du weisst was "state-of-the-art" in den Themen Digitalisierung und neue Arbeitsmethoden und -modelle ist.
- Du bist inner
- und ausserhalb der Finanzindustrie gut vernetzt und sicher im Umgang mit internen Stakeholdern auf allen Hierarchieebenen.
- Du bist resilient, umsetzungsorientiert und ambitioniert, wenn es sein muss auch konfliktfähig und entwickelst neue Ideen, basierend auf aktuellen Trends und Entwicklungen.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft und/oder Change Leadership / Management.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und grosse Affinität für digitale/technologische Lösungsansätze.
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zu vereinfachen und klar darzustellen.
- Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche ist von Vorteil, jedoch nicht Voraussetzung.
