The IS Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Lead ensures and implement the CSI process within the IS organization, aiming to simplify, optimize, and automate services, processes, and products, improving CSI practice maturity & adoption and maximizing business benefits against the CSI portfolios.

**This position reports to**:
IS Continuous Service Improvement Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the implementation and adoption of the Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) process within IS Services Domains
- Collaborating with key IS Domain stakeholders for building a continuous improvement environment and supporting an ongoing changes to improve services, processes and products as prioritized based on business needs and in line with IS CSI portfolio strategic objectives
- Responsible to monitors, recommends improvement, controls the execution of the IS CSI process with IS Services Domains, ensuring correct and improved implementation of the CSI initiatives are completed on-time, on-budget and on-quality
- Be a proactive actor in the overall IS CSI Operating Model, proposing solution for CSI process improvement and continuously provide contribution to the Framework of Continuous Service Improvement
- Manage and propose useful reporting and graphical representations for facilitating understanding of CSI process for IS Services Domains services
- In collaboration with the CSI Team keep policies, guidelines, standards, training material and techniques updated
- Analyzing and correlating data from multiple sources and collaborating with Measuring and Reporting departments towards proactively identify improvements
- Actively work with a virtual team of highly effective IS professionals, demonstrating analytical capability, proactive attitude, and a continuous improvement mindset in relation to all services related to the Continuous Service Improvement Effectiveness

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Project and or Portfolio management experience added advantage
- Management or Governing Continuous Improvement experience added advantage
- Passionate about bringing Continuous Service Improvement
- Enthusiasm for continuously improving the IS experience, making it more enjoyable and productive for consumers
- Experience of being a Change Agent challenging conventional thinking, approach and methodology and driving improvements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good understanding on organization change management
- Good knowledge in project and or Portfolio management, processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques
