**Global IS Manager for Assurance and Continuous Improvements**:

In this role, you will be responsible for Secures control design implementation/execution and deficiency remediation in a timely and most effective manner.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supports the Control Owner by providing guidance and advisory for control designs, execution and deficiency remediations
- Provides quality assurance of control executions and documentation
- Monitors, reviews and tracks the results of periodical performance and the quality of the associated evidence of the ITGC CARs
- Identifies projects requiring support on compliance activities and for them providing guidance with respect to control designs, 3rd party assurance
- Secures adequate understanding of the IPE handling and provide corresponding guidance to the control performers
- Develops supporting and training materials and secures effectiveness on receiver side
- Secures ARIC methodology (ARIC Clock) and KPMG methodology is understood and followed/executed
- Leads a team of internal and external Compliance SMEs and secures high performance
- Keeps team motivated and drives for continuous improvements in all areas

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science and Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred
- Typically requires 10 or more years of relevant experience in IT and specifically in IS operations management, IS risk and compliance, IS audit, senior stakeholder’s management, IS governance and operating modelling.
- Very good understanding of the Control Objectives for IS
- Very good knowledge of a broad range of standards and frameworks like COBIT, ISO, SOX, GDPR etc.
- Very good experience with audits for financial reporting and regulations
- Ability to establish credibility and working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and customers
- Proven direct and indirect leadership ability in global environment
