**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Proactive calendar management, including internal and external meeting coordination for minimum two Managing Directors and Partners
- Inbox management in professional English and German
- Planning of complex international travel arrangements (e.g. visa, hotel, flights)
- Being the go-to-person for case team and practice area members to ensure smooth communication and coordination processes
- Correspondence support (e.g. proofreading or drafting texts)
- Internal and external event management and conference planning
- Administrative tasks (e.g. time and expense reports)
- Vacation back-ups for other team members
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
- Working in a demanding, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment
- Communicating effectively in an international setting with integrity and discretion
- Finding pragmatic solutions proactively with attention to details
- Being a part of a team with highly motivated and ambitious colleagues
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
- Commercial education or equivalent
- 2+ years of work experience as an assistant in an international setting
- Work experience and ability to navigate in an international corporate environment
- Outstanding knowledge of English and German, both written and oral
- Proficient computer skills: MS Office suite (specifically Outlook), and other up-to-date communication technology
**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
