Stellenbeschreibung

Als Construction Project Manager trägst du zum Wachstum des Storeportfolios aller Marken der H&M Gruppe in der Schweiz bei. Dies beinhaltet:

- Verantwortung für die Überwachung der Umsetzung von Bauprojekten von Anfang bis Ende.
- Erstellung von Budgets für Projekte, basierend auf den Anforderungen der H&M Gruppe und den Unternehmensrichtlinien.
- Unterstützung des Lease Managers bei der Verhandlung von Mietverträgen, um die Verantwortlichkeiten des Vermieters und von H&M während der Bauphase zu definieren.
- Sicherstellen, dass die Stores nach Schweizer Gesetzgebung und den H&M-Richtlinien und -Spezifikationen entworfen und umgebaut werden.
- Aufbau und Pflege effektiver Arbeitsbeziehungen zu den wichtigsten Stakeholdern, wie z.B.: IT, Sicherheit, Visual, Store Operation, etc.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Consultants, um bei der Umsetzung neuer Projekte den finanziell tragfähigsten, zeitlich realisierbaren und technisch geeigneten Kompromiss zu finden.
- Verfolgung der Kosten während der Durchführung von Projekten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Investitionen im Rahmen des Budgets bleiben.
- Verwaltung von Angeboten der Auftragnehmer mit Unterstützung eines Generalplaners und in Übereinstimmung mit den H&M-Beschaffungsrichtlinien.
- Sicherstellung von Best Practices zur Erfüllung der H&M-Nachhaltigkeitsziele

Qualifikationen

- Du fühlst dich wohl im Umgang mit mehreren Stakeholdern und verschiedenen Projekten und Aufgaben gleichzeitig.
- Fähigkeit zur Prioritätensetzung in Situationen, in denen du unter Druck stehst und enge Fristen einzuhalten hast.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Verständnis für geschäftliche Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrungen im Baugewerbe oder im Detailhandel sind von Vorteil.
- Fließendes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
- Bereitschaft, innerhalb der Schweiz zu reisen.
