**Commercial & Marketing Excellence Lead, EMEA (M/F/d)**
**Role purpose**:
Lead design & development and deployment of regional commercial and marketing excellence strategy to increase process excellence, standardization, digital transformation and maximize business opportunities through portfolio and crop strategies, methodologies, process, tools, skillsets, insights, analytics, and capabilities.
To enable core business fundamentals in Marketing & Commercial processes to scale up best practices and design & implement global - regional blueprints.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:
**To lead EMEA Market Enterprise Team to drive digital transformation to deliver business and customer needs.**
- To lead GoTo Market Harmonization to drive standardization and hi scalability of key business best practices in marketing and commercial
- area. To drive EMEA strategic requirements, road map and resource allocation
- To lead End to End Customer Journey TO BE design with outside in perspective and define customer needs 360
- To be key co-creation partner for Marketing & Commercial Excellence, all Global Centers of Excellence projects
**To define Regional Standards on Pricing and Market Funding process in alignment with global standards, regional targets in addition to country teams for activation plans. To lead business decisions on Pricing-digital road map, automation and tools development.**
- To lead EMEA Annual pricing process in collaboration with Crop Strategy Leads, Asset Leads and Finance
- To lead regional efforts for Pricing & Market Funding transformation project, in addition of tools deployment
Enable and Optimize the way of customer engagement through **Go To Market and Field Force Maximization processes & tools, CRM systems, Account Planning and key sales excellence practices** (channel engagement, demand creation, performance tracking, and also sales** **incentive & reward programs etc.)(Sales Effectiveness).
To lead development of competency road maps, process of Product / Solution Value Proposition creation, to coordinate the creation for reason to believe based on Market Development data, define learning plans, knowledge transfer and bridging technical insights with marketing product positioning.** (Knowledge Transfer and Capability Development).**
To drive regional strategy and digital transformation in **customer targeting and conversion process.**
- Drive **grower, customers and channel insights** into the organization which allow for the activation of customer experience strategies to maximize customer loyalty, reduce churn and improve customer targeting, inventory and demand planning (Customer Intelligence and CX Activation, Customer Targeting and Conversion)
- To Design and lead the **market communication** effort for key launches and major brands across the region in collaboration with Clusters and brand managers, creating a compelling content plan. Additionally, to design **digital marketing transformation efforts**, future web strategy including E2E process integration and digital tools deployment.
- Additionally, to lead transformational efforts (T2Win) for marketing - **campaign planning** effectiveness
To support Crop and Assets teams with **standard tools and analytics** (portfolio analytics, competitive portfolio data, market and customer analytics, panels and researches etc.).to help them deliver on their strategic planning process.
**Business Insights**: Creation of high value market insights via improved internal and external source of information and also develop automated platforms to collect and use market insights.
Regional Commercial & Marketing **Communities Management** such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Insights).
Manage optimal allocation of Regional Marketing budgets.
**Who you are**
- Master’s degree and relevant experience in finance and/or marketing roles, i.e., marketing communications, pricing, market funding, portfolio management, etc.
- Project and process management expertise is a plus.
- Understanding the use of data analytics and tools to optimize business decisions and optimize business processes.
- Thorough understanding in key principles of brand marketing, customer experience and journeys, communications strategies, digital marketing and technologies, incl. content creation, promotion, training, monitoring and measurement.
