**Your role**

Due to the continued growth of our business, a new role has arisen for a Key Customer Manager. The essence of the role is to understand the service needs from our customers and offer a custom-made service delivery proposal.

You will take up the following responsibilities during the preparation phase:

- Assessment of external and internal opportunities for delivery of development, construction, or O&M (operations & maintenance) services to offshore wind projects or ventures, consisting of:

- Analysis of the service request of the client
- Evaluate and check availability of resources needed for the project
- Prepare and present the service agreement proposal to the Management team and client
- Preparation of the service offer with relevant capability pools
- Proposal writing
- Risk analysis
- Resource planning
- Cost calculation and return on investment

To prepare well and to require all necessary information, you will work closely together with all the different stakeholders internally (finance, risk, legal, technology, engineering)

After the preparation phase of the offered services and upon agreement of the customer and internal management teal, you will start with the service delivery phase. This contains the following responsibilities:

- Kick-off service delivery: ensure the delivery team is allocated and has all required knowledge
- Close follow-up with the delivery team concerning budget, resources, timing and planning
- Reporting towards management team and customers
- Ensure a proper ending and organize a close-out meeting and capture lessons learned

**Profile**
- At least 5 years of experience preferably in a similar role within a service delivery environment
- Knowledge or at least a very strong interest in wind energy is a must
- Commercial profile with strong negotiation skills
- Motivator and team player
- Strong coordinator and go-getter
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
