**LOCATION**

This position is located at our corporate office in Barr, Switzerland.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Responsible to the Head of CRM & Business Intelligence

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate with CRM, Brand Team, Hotel Marketing, Club and Residences for any development for Aman Portal
- Responsible for content update, trouble shooting and questions from Club and Residences Member
- Coordinate and troubleshooting the development, day to day management of the Digital Card for Club Member and for Internal usage. Helping any troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and deliver flawlessly executed marketing campaigns end-to-end including setup, template building, scheduling, deployment and testing
- Responsible for coordinating sophisticated direct marketing segmentation to target the right customers at the right time
- Troubleshoot technical issues and consult with vendor technical support to implement solutions
- Identify, assess, and communicate pain points in order to improve processes, and create engaging customer touchpoints
- Drive and monitor success of the program, campaign and segment levels - identifying and reporting on all areas to track effectiveness of the programs and clearly articulate optimizations - including open, click through and conversion rates, unsubscribes, bounces and revenue per send
- Managing the development and day to day management of Aman Portal for Club and Residences

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience with ecommerce and marketing tools such as Google Analytics
- Must be highly collaborative and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
