Diversity Internship

We welcome curious, open-minded women into our diverse workplace and support students from non-banking areas of study to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. Our Diversity Internship gives women in-depth insights into banking through coaching with experienced mentors, shadowing days that provide experience in a range of departments, exclusive networking events and tailored training on finance industry essentials. You work on real-life business challenges and have responsibilities within your team, so you can learn on-the-job. It’s a rich, fulfilling program designed to harness and develop your skills, build your confidence and provide a rewarding, inspiring experience.
**Start date**: March, 2023
**Duration**: 6 months
**Academic requirements**: Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences
**Your field of responsibility**
- You are part of the Regulatory / Market Management / Tax initiatives team and support the Front organization (Relationship Managers and Client Managers) on a variety of business topics
- You gain in-depth insights into the running of the WM Latin America Business Area undertaking a variety of demanding activities (i.e. analytics, monitoring, and conceptual work)
- You contribute to the daily operations of the team by taking ownership of deliverables (i.e. preparing reach outs to the Front organization, analyzing client data, managing projects against deadline)
- You are actively involved in a dynamic COO area and invited to develop proposals for process improvement and simplification
- You will get the chance to create a bank-wide network by collaborating closely with various partners throughout the bank

**Your qualifications and skills**
Show us that you have:
- Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree or are currently enrolled on a master’s program
- A strong academic record and a keen interest in wealth management
- Passion for details but also quick to grasp the bigger picture
- Strong analytical skills and are an advanced user of MS Excel
- Excellent communications skills and are a supportive, adaptable team member who can build strong relationships
- Fluency in English required, proficiency in German, Spanish or Portuguese is a great benefit
- Curiosity about what a large corporation like Credit Suisse has to offer and are motivated to learn
