Our Internship Program is open to students who want to gain practical experience in one of the various career fields at the heart of the financial services industry. Over the course of this in-depth, comprehensive program you make valuable contributions to the bank’s work, develop skills, expand your knowledge and grow in confidence. You participate in exclusive events, shadowing days, real-world business challenges and demanding tasks to extend your experience and create valuable networks in the bank and the wider sector. By the end of the program you gain a rich, varied insight into our work at Credit Suisse and the industry in general.

**Start date**:April - June
**Duration**:4-6 months
**Academic requirements**: Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences.

**Your field of responsibility**

forward-thinking intern to join our team
You will have an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the shaping of the regional D&I strategy and to
support full operation. You will be actively involved in the D&I programs and initiatives supporting, developing and executing
on various new and existing initiatives (i.e. Mentoring Program).
Furthermore, you will cover a broad range of tasks such as creation of presentations, data analysis, reports,
research and administration.
Lastly, you will participate in meetings/sessions and other forums as necessary related to diversity topics.

**Your skills and experience**

- Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree or are currently enrolled on a master’s program in human resources-related field or business administration
- First work experience in HR, business support, project or communications/marketing function is of advantage; strong passion for D&I is an asset
- A strong academic record and a keen interest in the financial industry is a plus
- Strong social and interpersonal skills that allow you to collaborate and partner with multiple parties to deliver projects and initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good data analytical and PowerPoint capabilities; project management skills would be an asset
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written), German is an advantage
- A dedicated, empathetic personality with a result-oriented mind set who shows flexibility and openness to changes with focus on improvement
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
