**Your role**
- Do you have a knack for business process management? Can you decompose complex topics into digestible, modular portions? Are you independent and self-driven? We're looking for someone like that to:
- Enhance process management best practices
- Optimize process management methods, standards and tool trainings
- Develop new, and improve existing training content
- Support project management and communication related to the work we deliver

**Internship**
Our 10 week’s summer internship is an ideal way to gain the insights you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.
- From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.
- Together with our other summer interns, you will be part of fun activities with an opportunity to learn and network across the firm, both regionally and on a global scale.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working within a global (5 cities, 3 continents) team of Business & Process Architects, constituting a company-wide Process Architecture Center of Excellence. Our role is to be trusted experts, developing and teaching standards in process management to colleagues from a wide spectrum of teams across the entire UBS organization. You’ll be based in Zurich.

**Your expertise**
- You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
- In particular, you have:
- An interest in the banking business front-to-back
- Know-how gained from experience (or internship) in process management, process modelling or process architecture
- Previous experience or familiarity of process standards and process management tools (e.g. BPMN, ARIS)
- Sharp analytical and problem solving skills, experience in conveying complex ideas in a simple form, orally and in writing
- A structured, detail-oriented work style, confident working autonomously
- A flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality
- A strong written and verbal communicator in English, comfortable interacting with and constructively challenging colleagues
- Start date: 03.07.2023
