The NI Key Customer Controller is responsible for NCE / NI key customer incl. DSM and Lonza and leading all financial activities associated. She/He is coordinating all relevant BU and Site Controlling activities and collaborating extensively with other functions incl. support from the global business services for key customer relations and contracts. It is a key role to support the BU Leadership Team and key account managers to ensure financial support around key customers. The role sets, implements and delivers key objectives relevant for key customer Controlling.
- Financial lead Key Customers incl. DSM and Lonza. Directs, leads and coordinates the Sub-BU and Site activities among other Finance and Controlling Teams globally
- Key stakeholder for the key account manger
- Owns all financials processes for the customer relation / the contract (closing, reporting, monthly Outlook, yearly Target and mid-term planning) including all financials (PnL, MPR, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Shares global responsibility for BU financial and management accounting in accordance with IFRS, the Arxada Finance Accounting Manual (FAM), the Arxada Management Accounting Manual (MAM) and other required accounting principles.
- Leading role in analyzing, interpreting, providing transparency and challenging the businesses’ financial performance
- Highlights key areas of interest and comes proactively with improvement proposals and assesses their financial impact on the BU Financials.
- Business Partner - analysis and decision support in the area of pricing, financial analysis for contract negotiations, supply contracts, modeling, project evaluations, costing, performance measures, strategic planning
- Partners with Visp and Nansha (Lonza) Site Controlling
- Partners with Customer’s Finance Team
- Collaborates with all internal and external stakeholder incl. customers, auditors, etc.
- Solves complex cases, creates transparency and provides financial analysis for business cases
- Capital expenditure evaluations and submissions, supports potential due diligences and business integration.
