Site Controller Opportunity

We are looking for a Site Controller to partner with our Bioconjugates Operation/Business Team, Head of Finance Bio Visp, and Bio BU Operation Finance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the overall BCJ Operation Team and Head of Finance BCJ, providing financial analysis and recommendations to achieve short and long-term goals. If you are passionate about finance and want to contribute to a growing manufacturing site, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key responsibilities:
  • Enable Bioconjugates site to achieve targets through insightful financial analysis
  • Support monthly financial closing, forecasting, and risk management
  • Participate in strategic planning processes
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process
  • Act as a point of contact for accounting and audit matters
Key requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (finance, accounting, or economics)
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus
  • Entry-level experience in Finance & Controlling
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a performance-driven environment
  • Leadership qualities and results-driven mindset
