The Supply Chain Customer Service Lead (f/m/d) baed in Visp will be responsible for:
**Key responsibilities**:

- People management
- Lead, manage and develop a planning team
- Deploy Lonza culture and code of conduct
- Ensure compliance to applicable regulations
- Customer Shipment Agreements:

- Leads the creation of the Shipment agreements for the assigned programs
- Gathers Customer shipping requirements and ensures alignment with Lonza internal procedures
- Collaborates with all necessary stakeholders (PM, MSAT, Operations, Quality...) to keep the Shipment Agreement relevant and up-to-date
- Shipments:

- Performs all necessary steps to ensure shipments are executed successfully and according to the planned schedule
- Proactively engages with the different stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
- Ensures stock is ready for shipment at the time required and following the agreed specifications
- Tracks and reports relevant KPIs related to shipment completion
- Resolves and escalates (if necessary) possible delays vs agreed schedule
- Process improvement
- Contribute and deploy Global and Local initiatives
- Contribute to harmonized / standardized KPI’s definition
- Use harmonized / standardized KPI’s to define improvement initiatives and action plan
- Identify, share with pears, and propose best practice to line manager

**Key requirements**:

- Degree in SCM, Procurement or any relevant discipline
- Good communication and presentation skils
- Fluency in German and English is required
- Strong Team Player and able to work across cross-functional team
