***Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d) 100%**:
Der Supply Chain Manager ist der zuständige Dienstleister Logistik für Bacthera’s kommerzielle Produktionseinheit MC4a in Visp. Zum Aufgabengebiet gehören auch die Produkteverwaltung, Produkte Cold Chain sowie Erstellen, Umsetzen und Optimieren von Prozessen. Der Supply Chain Manager vertritt seinen Arbeitsbereich bei Audits und bearbeitet die Abweichungen im Track Wise. Er/Sie ist verantwortlich für die Standardisierung und Optimierung aller Lagerprozesse zur Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Produktlagerung, des Transports und der Verteilung zur Optimierung von Zeit und Kosten

**Tätigkeiten**:

- Aufbau einer schlagfertigen, schlanken (lean) Organisation auf welcher in der Produktionseinheit sämtliche Aspekte der Supply Chain und der Lagerbewirt-schaftung gehandhabt wird
- Aufbau und Sicherstellen des gesamten Ablaufs für das Material-Managements
- Verantwortlich für die Operative Materialbeschaffung und für die lückenlose Verfügbarkeit der benötigten Rohmaterialien inklusive Consumables und Disposables
- Verantwortlich für die Lagerbewirtschaftung im MC4a und Betreuung der Schnittstelle zum zentralen Warenlager von Lonza
- Stellt die Disposition der internen Materialbedarfe unter Berücksichtigung des FiFO- Prinzips sicher und bucht sämtliche Materialien für den Kampagnen
- und Montas-abschlusses
- Organisiert mit den Systemen SAP und LIMS die Umsetzung zur Sicherstellung der Produktionsplanung unter Einhaltung der GMP-Anforderungen und pflegt die genannten Systeme
- Stellt mit seinem Team die Umsetzung der Produktionsaufträge von Anfang bis zum Schliessen, inklusive aller Materialbuchungen sicher, stellt die Daten für die Kostenüberwachungen der Projekte bereit und unterstützt Operations
- Entgegennahme aller Rohmaterialien im MC4a
- Sicherstellung, dass die Produktionsanlage und zugehörige Infrastruktur mit genügend Materialien beliefert wird, so dass ein reibungsloser Ablauf der Produktion jederzeit gewährleistet wird
- Kommunikation mit den internen Betrieben, externen Lieferanten und allen Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung des Materialnachschubes für alle bei der Produktion benötigten Rohstoffe und dazugehörigen qualitätsrelevanten Dokumentation
- Sorgt für das optimale Gleichgewicht zwischen Materialverfügbarkeit und mínimalem Lagerbestand durch just in time Beschaffung
- Pflege der Systemdaten, um eine nachhaltige Beschaffung zu garantieren
- Organisiert die Materialabbuchungen in seinen Projekten und stellt so einen korrekten Lagerbestand in SAP und IM SAP für die gesamte Supply Chain sicher und überwacht die Buchungen bis zur Bezahlung der Rechnung.
- Koordiniert die Materialplanung ab den zentralen Lagern und organisiert die Disposition mit Material-Freigabe und Sonderfreigaben
- Erstellen und auswerten der Produktionskosten für ein Produkt - Batchpreis
- Verantwortlich für das Bestands
- und Scrap-Management
- Verantwortlich für die betriebsinterne Produkt-Lagerung und Cold Chain, sowie Versandplanung, Versandorganisation
- Unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Shipping Agreements, Projektkostenplanung (PRAUF) und Materialverrechnungen (MES/SAP)
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung von SOPs in seinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Führt fachlich und technisch das Logistikteam
- Umsetzung der Bacthera -Kultur durch Offenheit für Veränderungen und neue Ideen, kooperative Teamarbeit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung auch außerhalb des eigenen Verantwortungsbereichs

**Profil**:

- Bachelor-/Masterabschluss in technischer Ausbildung (Lehre, Höhere Fachschule o.ä.) in Ingenieurwesen, Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen, Biotechnologie, Logistik oder verwandten Fachrichtungen oder Technikerschule (HF) im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Verfahrenstechnik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (5-10 Jahre) in ähnlichem Arbeitsbereich der chemischen oder biotechnischen Fertigung, vorzugsweise in leitenden Positionen im GMP Umfeld
- Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis und Wissen im betriebswirtschaftlichen und/oder logistischen Bereich
- IT-Kenntnisse (Office, SAP, Trackwise, DMS, MES)
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hervorragendes Planungs
