**IS Compliance Lead Workflow Platform**:

In this role you will be responsible to drive quality and compliance of ABB IT General controls within ABBs global workflow platform for shared services. You will corporate with product, process owners and platform team to ensure design and execution of the IT General controls activities. You will closely work with the Corporate IS GRC and Corporate ARIC team to make sure that all compliance aspects are secured for ServiceNow. You will report to Service Now Platform Owner with functional reporting to ARIC team.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Interact with internal and external auditors and advises business process owners and internal control owners related to requests from auditors, addressing post-audits recommendations and remediating audit findings.
- Own the internal controls of workflow platform, ensuring implementation and supervision of control check points
- Rework internal platform compliance framework as part of out of the box initiative
- Co-ordinate Management Testing.
- Develop management oversight of controls for workflow platform
- Translate risk and control management principles into requirements for IS compliance assurance
- Provide quality assurance services for control design/implementation/documentation and execution
- Define, establish, and maintain methods and procedures to review and report on controls effectiveness and efficiency
- Oversee the remediation of deficiencies, securing timely execution and sustainable solutions
- Define/create/deploy training needed to grow maturity and execution quality
- Drive continuous improvements in all relevant processes/tools/procedures/practices/methods
- Document and evaluate compliance activities.
- Execute controls in accordance to defined timeliness.
- Ensure timely compliance of service processes and report the non-compliance.
- Collaboration with Architects & Compliance team.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information assurance or business
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ITGC Controls, IT audit and/or IT controls
- Great communication skills on c-level
- Experience in an audit firm (e.g. Big Four) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) act, IT General Controls, IT Governance
- Professional qualification equivalent to CISA/CISM/CGEIT/CRISC preferred
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of underlying business processes and technologies
- Knowledge of ServiceNow tool preferred
- Fluency in English required
