- We are looking for a Compliance Investigator in our Legal & Compliance department reporting directly to the Senior Manager Compliance Investigations. You are a dynamic, open-minded, innovative, and flexible individual, who takes initiatives independently, can multi-task and shift priorities as needed, and who enjoys working in a team.- In this role you will be a member of the Global Compliance & Data Privacy function and work closely with the Global and Local GCs and Compliance team members to operationalize the investigations and monitoring elements of our Sonova Compliance Program.**_This position is open for the right talent anywhere in the world._**

**Your tasks**
- Support further deployment and maintenance of SpeakUp hotline platform and process including communication with external provider of the platform
- Maintain user accounts within case management platform
- Ensure timely acknowledgement of the cases
- Communicate with the reporters to clarify the SpeakUp submission
- Maintain data consistency within the case management platform
- Support other personnel participating on investigations
- Provide support with SpeakUp statistics and maintenance of relevant dashboards
- Facilitate communication with local invesigators handling local impact matters and other stakeholders
- Provide necessary support for local and global impact matters investigated by Group Compliance
- Support provision of training to Sonova personnel participating on compliance investigations
- Promote SpeakUp hotline and SpeakUp culture within Sonova
- Support the deployment of transactional monitoring

**Your profile**
- University degree or equivalent in Legal, Finance or Business Administration, preferably with a legal background
- Certification in investigations or IA (CFE/CIA)
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field and industry
- 2-3 years of experience working in consultancy / big 4 environment, ideally focused on internal investigations, disputes, and compliance
- Project Management skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills and Basic understanding of dashboards
- English language on a business fluent level, both written and spoken; any other language is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30%
