In dieser Position als unterstützende Assistenz im Backoffice Business Transformation PnC bist du für die reibungslose Abwicklung, Organisation und Koordination verschiedener administrativer Aufgaben verantwortlich. Du unterstützt aktiv das Team bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten und trägst dazu bei, dass die entsprechenden internen Prozesse effizient ablaufen. Als Professional Backofficer bist du dafür verantwortlich, andere zu unterstützen und ihnen den Weg zu ebnen.

- Du unterstützt hilfsbereit Teams und Einzelpersonen (z.B. Projektleiter / Sektorleitung / etc.) durch die Übernahme administrativer Tätigkeiten.
- Du übernimmst Assistenzaufgaben wie die Verwaltung von Team-/Gruppenkalendern oder die Terminplanung für Teams und Einzelpersonen.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Berichten
- Du koordinierst Termine, Meetings und Anlässe.
- Du räumst Steine aus dem Weg, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.

Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und hast vielleicht bereits Erfahrung in der Assistenzarbeit oder im Backoffice-Bereich.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst mit deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
- Du hast Freude daran, anderen zu helfen und sie mit einer hohen Serviceorientierung zu unterstützen.
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook)
- Du bist kommunikativ und arbeitest gerne im Team.
