**Project**:
For our customer from the pharmaceutical industry in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a logistics hub employee (M/F/d).

**Background**:
As a logistics hub employee, you work in the "Logistic Solutions" department at the Kaiseraugst site. The "Logistic Solutions" department takes care of goods and shipments that come to the site, are stored and distributed here, or leave the site. The "Logistics Hub Kaiseraugst / Central Depot Clinical Supply" department is responsible for the central receipt of goods at the Kaiseraugst site and the storage and shipping of clinical studies. With your expertise in the areas of goods receipt, warehouse management, order picking, shipping and distribution, you make a direct contribution to patients. As part of the agile corporate structures, we take on different roles in our daily work.

**Main tasks and areas of responsibility**:

- Handling and processing of shipments in incoming goods including incoming goods inspection and posting in the ERP system
- Packaging and processing of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), dangerous goods, refrigerated and frozen shipments in outgoing goods
- Order picking of clinical studies
- Responsible for the correct operational processing of the processes (incoming goods / outgoing goods) in compliance with compliance requirements (GMP, dangerous goods, etc.)
- Creation of shipment documents and classification of dangerous goods
- Distribution of goods and document shipments by forklift or electric vehicle on the Kaiseraugst site
- Administrative activities such as ordering, warehouse management and handling of temperature data loggers
- Proactive participation in process optimization and quality improvements
- Participation in projects in the area of logistics

**Must Haves**:

- Completed vocational training as a logistician EFZ
- At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
- Proven experience in the GMP / GDP area
- Good knowledge of German
- Good business understanding, service-oriented and highly flexible
- High degree of structured and independent working method
- High degree of customer orientation and professional and proactive dealings with all stakeholders
- Structured, focused and organized working method, assertiveness and motivated, able to work independently and under pressure

**Nice to have**:

- Oral and written English skills
- Training in the hazardous goods sector
- Further training as a logistics specialist or comparable training
