Bist du bereit für eine spannende Karriere bei Roche? Die Qualitätskontrolle PPA Packaging Analytical Testing ist ein integraler Bestandteil der Quality Unit Kaiseraugst. Wir prüfen die von unseren Herstellern angelieferten Direktmaterialien (primäre und sekundäre Packmittel sowie Medical Devices) und sorgen dafür, dass sie unseren höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
Als Quality Technician unterstützt du unsere Qualitätskontrolle PPA Packaging Analytical Testing bei ihren täglichen Aufgaben und in spannenden Projekten, die den Unterschied machen. Du wirst die aktuellen Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-Anforderungen im Alltag umsetzen und in einer kollaborativen Umgebung mit gegenseitigem Respekt, Diskussionen und Innovation vielfältige Entwicklungschancen nutzen.
Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Präzise Prüfungen: Du führst physikalische, mechanische und visuelle Prüfungen an Packmitteln und Medical Devices durch und stellst sicher, dass alle Materialien den cGMP-Richtlinien entsprechen.
- Analyse der Ergebnisse: Du dokumentierst die Prüfergebnisse gewissenhaft und vergleichst die Messwerte mit den Spezifikationen.
- Probenmanagement: Du koordinierst und bereitest Proben für Prüfungen vor, um stetig hohe Qualitätsstandards zu gewährleisten.
- Technischer Fokus: Du bedienst eine Vielzahl an Laborgeräten und führst einfache Servicearbeiten durch.
- Abweichungsmanagement: Du zeigst Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke bei der Meldung von Abweichungen.
- Dokumentation: Du erstellst und pflegst GDP-konforme Dokumentationen in SAP oder auf Papier und erstellst Prüfberichte.
Dein Profil
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im chemisch-pharmazeutischen oder technischen Bereich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der GMP-Anforderungen und IT Affinität
- Erfahrung mit Laborinformationssystemen (LIMS), Dokumentenverwaltungssystemen und SAP QM sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Hohe Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
