**Beschreibung**:
Für unseren Kunden, ein weltweit führendes Schweizer Pharmaunternehmen in Kaiseraugst, suchen wir per sofort einen **Quality Technician** für einen befristeten Einsatz von 12 Monaten mit Option auf Verlängerung.
Das Team Quality Control Speed Testing ist eine Gruppe innerhalb der PPA Organisation. Das Team überprüft die Qualität der Packmaterialien (z. Bsp. Faltschachteln, Spritzen, Autoinjektoren) bevor diese im Verpackungsbetrieb oder in den Abfüllbetrieben eingesetzt werden können. Als Prüfer:in haben Sie folgende Hauptaufgaben: die Wareneingangsprüfung von Packmitteln, Medical Devices und Prozesshilfsstoffen (Process Aids), der Vergleich der Messwerte mit der zugrundeliegenden Spezifikation sowie die Dokumentation der Ergebnisse im SAP-System.
**Tätigkeiten**:
- Effiziente, fach
- und termingerechte Durchführung von Dokumenten Reviews der Packmittel Prüfungen gemäss Prüfvorschriften und Prüfmethoden
- Vergleich der Messwerte mit der Spezifikation und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse im SAP-System
- Einhaltung aktueller Richtlinien der guten Herstellungspraxis (cGMP)
- Initialisierungen von Musterzügen
- Erstellung von Dokumenten im Dokumentenverwaltungssystem
- Unterstützung von Qualifizierungen und Validierungen
**Anforderungen**:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, KV, Labor, Druck oder technische Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Erste Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätsmanagement oder Qualitätskontrolle
- Erfahrungen im GMP-Umfeld
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS-Office, SAP und G-Suite
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zuverlässig, teamfähig, verantwortungsbewusst und belastbar
- Sorgfältig
