Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Laboratory Technician, you will play a key role in the analysis and characterization of biomolecules.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sample preparation and analytical testing for customer projects involving biopharmaceutical molecules (proteins/peptides) and ATMPs (LNPs, AAVs, RNA)
• Analysis, documentation, and preparation of analytical results, as well as providing guidance to laboratory colleagues
• Periodic testing and maintenance of instruments in a qualified environment
• Integration with a mixed team of 10 people (technicians & scientists) utilizing techniques such as AUC, AF4-MALS, CD, UV Absorbance, Fluorescence, FTIR, DLS, SEC-MALS, and nanoDSC
• Work in a GMP-environment (e.g., method development and validation studies)
• Support preparation of documents in English, including analytical and quality reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A training as laboratory technician or equivalent chemical/technical education
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• An independent, detail-oriented work style, combined with a team-oriented attitude
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• A strong command of English and German (written and oral)
