At the AO Education Institute (AO EI), we're committed to advancing medical education. We focus on equipping surgeons and healthcare professionals with cutting-edge learning programs, driving excellence in patient care.

Our dedicated Faculty Development & Education Research team crafts specialized faculty training across all the AO’s clinical specialties, enhancing teaching effectiveness and supporting curriculum development. We empower our faculty in shaping impactful courses, translating into real-world clinical success.

- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings
- Record, classify, and summarize research data according to established procedures
- Carry out statistical analyses
- Conduct structured participant interviews and focus groups
- Contribute to the preparation of data for reports, journal articles, papers, etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant social sciences or health sciences discipline
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to contributing to research related reports and manuscripts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in evaluation
- Experience in writing survey questionnaires
