Senior Project Manager Cluster Lead DACH

The AO Foundation is a global network of surgeons and the world's leading education, innovation, and research organization specializing in the surgical treatment of trauma and musculoskeletal disorders.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the DACH education events delivery team, monitoring activities, projects, and performance.
The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support for smooth collaboration and event delivery in the cluster, implementing the education events strategy in line with the regional and global education strategy.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing education events budget, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and building trusted relationships with AO surgeons and national and regional medical societies and associations.
Requirements include a university master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or similar, and at least 5 years of experience leading a diverse team of experienced event managers and managing medical Key Opinion Leaders.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relations with Health Care Professionals at all levels, and decision-making skills with the ability to anticipate potential problems.
