Senior Project Manager Cluster Lead DACH

The AO Foundation is a leading global network of surgeons, innovators, and researchers dedicated to improving patient care through education, innovation, and research. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our DACH cluster's education events delivery team.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning, delivery, and execution of all educational events in the DACH cluster. This includes monitoring activities, projects, and performance, providing guidance and support for smooth collaboration and event delivery, and implementing the education events strategy in line with the regional and global education strategy.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing education events budgets, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and building trusted and long-term relationships with AO surgeons and national and regional medical societies and associations.
Key requirements for this role include a university master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar field, at least 5 years of proven experience leading a diverse team of experienced event managers, and excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relations with healthcare professionals at all levels.
