**Financial Performance Manager**

**Your Tasks**

In this role you will manage, analyse and further improve our technical result processes, P&L reporting and procedures for Actuals, Forecast and 3-years plan. Your main responsibilities include the following tasks:

- Design and development of KPI dashboards for financial performance steering, measurement and reporting for senior management
- Analysis of country’s and elipsLife’s financial performance
- Understand variances in the technical result
- Support on premium and technical result planning process
- Drive quarterly projection process, financial performance reporting process and premium closing process
- Enhancement and improvement of financial planning and controlling processes
- Support in providing explanations on movements and variances in technical result such as plan vs actuals to the Head of Controlling
- Support Finance Team by establishing a process for explanation of variance on plan vs actual
- Support the Head of Controlling on any ad hoc tasks and different projects

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor degree (or higher) with a specialization in Finance (Qualification in Controlling or Audit is preferred)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the financial services industry (ideally insurance)
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Hands-on, open-minded, result-oriented and fast learning person, who feels comfortable in an environment fostering and appreciating self-initiative
- Ability to accomplish tasks accurately and strictly within given deadlines - and always keeping the big picture in mind
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products is a must
- Fluent in English and German
