Deine Rolle bei uns

  • Strategische HR-Leitung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von langfristigen HR-Strategien, die mit den Geschäftszielen des Unternehmens in Einklang stehen
  • Implementierung von Unternehmenswerten und Leitbild: Sicherstellen, dass die Unternehmenswerte und das Leitbild in allen Aspekten integriert sind
  • Entwicklung und Management von OKRs/Frameworks: Einführung und Überwachung von Ziel- und Leistungsmanagement-Systemen wie OKRs
  • Weiterentwicklung der HR-Abteilung zur operativen Exzellenz sowie hin zur strategischen und agilen Employeer- und Employeebranding Einheit im Ökosystem der Organisation
  • Teamführung und -entwicklung: Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung des HR-Teams in operativem und strategischem Spezialisten und Spezialistinnen
  • Talentmanagement und -entwicklung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Talentakquisition, -bindung und -entwicklung
  • Global Mobility: Weiterentwicklung und Effizienzsteigerung der Global Mobility Prozesse, um unseren Mitarbeitern maximale Ortsflexibilität zu ermöglichen
  • Recruitment: Du führst und verbessertes das Recruitment neuer Talente. Dabei arbeitest du sowohl mit internen als auch externen Partnern erfolgreich und effizient zusammen
  • Temporäre Mitarbeiter: Überarbeitung der bestehenden Sourcingstrategie
  • Change Management: Leitung und Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Veränderungsprozessen
  • Stakeholder-Management: Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Führungskräften, um HR-Initiativen zu fördern und zu unterstützen
  • Compliance und Best Practices: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Gesetze, Vorschriften und Best Practices im Bereich HR

 

Wer du bist

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer leitenden HR-Rolle
  • Exzellentes Netzwerk im Bereich strategische HR- und Unternehmenskulturentwicklung
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in operativen HR-Prozessen und Best Practices
  • Starke Führungs- und Teammanagement-Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Mindset
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von OKRs oder ähnlichen Frameworks
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Durchführung und Pflege einer neuen Unternehmenskultur
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl strategisch als auch operativ zu arbeiten und zu denken
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
