**Intern HR Services & Controlling**:
During your varied and interesting internship, we offer you the chance to look behind the scenes of HR work. The focus of your internship will be in the area of HR Services & Controlling.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the HR Services team in all HR processes along the employee life cycle and in day-to-day operations
- Preparation and entry of master data changes of our existing as well as new employees in the SAP HCM system
- Control and recording of time management data in SAP HCM
- Support in the preparation of payroll accounting for Switzerland
- Preparation of various evaluations and statistics
This range of tasks will give you a broad and deep insight into the work of the HR Services division and the SAP HCM system with a focus on Switzerland.
Required experience and skills:
- An ongoing degree in business administration or a similar education with a focus on human resources management or finance/controlling
- A quick grasp of concepts and an extremely precise working style.
- Organizational skills
- Pleasure in analytical and independent work
- Ideally, initial experience with SAP HCM
- Good knowledge of German and English
