**Head of Procurement Management (d/f/m)**:
In this exciting and diverse role, you ensure that all members and departments involved in the matrix organisation, from purchasing to production, from fabrics and trims to quality, from merchandise planning to sales, logistics, and finance, work together in such a way that the precisely coordinated use of all instruments produces a harmonious result: the right product, in the right quantity, of the right quality, at the right time.
The aim is to maximise the use of production resources at minimum cost and in full compliance with quality and delivery requirements. In addition to your day-to-day work, you will accompany the transformation of a successful business and strengthen your department by using all the tools of a digital PPS.
Your tasks:
- Lead, manage, motivate and mentor the team to your own high standards, with a passion and relentless focus on developing the team's technical and personal skills.
- Coordinate production workflow for all brand and all products with the Production Director and Senior Management. Be a real sparring partner.
- Responsible for strategic and tactical production planning from material receipt to arrival at the central warehouse, including capacity alignment and predictive bottleneck analysis across all channels: CMT, FOB and in-house production.
- Capacity planning in the short, medium and long term and compensatory measures in the event of shortages.
- Build strong relationships with international producers, vendors and own factory.
- Lead and manage relevant projects.
- Participate in the implementation and development of the SAP toolbox and the implementation of SAP HANA.
Required experience and skills:
- a very good degree in têxtile or apparel management
- relevant professional experience in a comparable function
- very good command of written and spoken English
- profound IT knowledge, especially MS Office
- structured and goal-oriented work as well as ability to work under pressure and own initiative
- strong communication and organizational skills
- reliability, flexibility and team spirit
- passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
